TERMS OF SERVICE
Operational standards, estimate guidelines, and contract terms for FlowSeal Coatings LLC.
CONTRACT & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Oregon CCB License # 261705 | Active Status
1. Scope of Work & On-Site Estimates
All price quotes issued by FlowSeal Coatings LLC are based on mechanical surface profile requirements (CSP 2-3 planetary diamond grinding), slab moisture vapor emission readings (MVER), deep crack/joint prep, and specified polymer film thickness. Written estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
2. Surface Preparation Standards
FlowSeal Coatings LLC utilizes planetary diamond grinding to profile concrete slabs mechanically. We do not acid etch. The homeowner or property owner must provide clear access to the installation area, ensure electrical power and water supply access, and clear all personal property from the slab prior to our arrival.
3. Concrete Slab Moisture & Substrate Conditions
Unsealed concrete in the Pacific Northwest can emit hydrostatic groundwater pressure. FlowSeal Coatings performs electronic moisture vapor testing prior to installation. If moisture readings exceed standard limits, a moisture vapor barrier primer specification is required to validate long-term bond warranties.
4. Curing Timelines & Post-Installation Care
Polyaspartic topcoats typically allow foot traffic within 4 to 6 hours and full vehicle parking within 24 to 48 hours depending on ambient temperature and humidity. Property owners must adhere strictly to specified cure windows before driving heavy vehicles or dragging sharp metallic objects across new coatings.
5. Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) Rights
FlowSeal Coatings LLC operates under active Oregon CCB License # 261705. Consumer rights regarding residential construction, lien notices, and dispute resolution are governed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB).
