THE 5-STEP COATING WORKFLOW

Every installation follows our strict 5-step preparation and application protocol to guarantee maximum coating bond strength.

Concrete Inspection & Moisture Evaluation

We perform MVER moisture vapor emission testing and hardness testing to identify slab conditions before coating.

Mechanical Surface Profiling

Heavy industrial diamond grinding eliminates old sealers, paint, and weak concrete scale, creating a porous surface profile for permanent adhesion.

Deep Crack Repair & Joint Fill

Pits, spalls, and expansion joints are repaired using high-strength polyurea joint filler to ensure a perfectly smooth foundation.

High-Solids Base & Full Broadcast

100% solids epoxy or moisture-blocking primer is applied, followed by a dense, full-hand broadcast of vinyl flake or hand-swirled metallic pigments.

Polyaspartic Clear Armor Seal

Excess flake is reclaimed and scraped flat before applying a thick, crystal-clear polyaspartic topcoat for maximum scratch and UV protection.
